We started out as a pure consulting company with the thought of serving the title insurance industry with curative title services. We would act, essentially, as trouble-shooters, identifying and repairing title challenges.
In providing this service, we quickly determined that most of our curative business was a result of parties who lacked knowledge of and experience with preparing and recording documents affecting title.
We decided that we could better serve real property owners by giving them a resource for document preparation and recording, performed by our experienced and knowledgeable Consultants.
We developed a "one-stop" shop, serving all of California and now we have expanded to provide assistance Nationwide for ordering real property documents and recording them as well. We complete the entire process from necessary research, document preparation and recording, all without having to spend wasted time in a face to face meeting.
