Through his skills, experience and expertise he brings oversight to our Company that assures your documents are prepared with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Randy holds professional licenses in real estate and insurance, in addition to being a California Notary Public.
Laura has over 25 years experience in real estate, insurance and the legal field making her a great asset in working with our client's needs. Having a legal background (no she's not an attorney) she is readily familiar with the documents we prepare and their uses and functions. She also acts as our business and financial strategist.
Ryan has over 8 years experience working in customer service making him a great asset in working with our client's needs. Ryan recently sold the business he helped build to work with AV Land Title Consulting full-time. We are happy to welcome him to our team full-time.

1. What types of documents do you prepare?
We prepare all types of Real Estate Documents, such as Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Notes, Homesteads, etc. We also now prepare Living Trusts. Please contact us with your needs.
How long does it take to get my document prepared?
This will depend on the variables in your transaction and what type of document you require, but we try to provide you the documents within 3 business days unless you need it on a rush preparation.
Can you record my documents for me?
Yes! Through our vendor, your documents are usually recorded usually within 24-48 hours, depending on the County after returning them to us.
